Top hat was shipped in a plastic mailer & damaged & I tried to pop the dents out, but theee are still creases where the damages were. I cannot use this. It says on the return form there is a restocking fee???

Great product. This 1-star review is for the horrible customer service I received. After multiple emails sent to their service email (notated on their website which is not in service) I had to publicly share my issues with them on their facebook page to get a response. They said my order was delayed while they transitioned to a new system. However, this information is not displayed on their website nor is it explained that orders will be delayed. It took months go get my order only requesting a refund in order to get them to process it.
