I’d give them no stars

I’d give them no stars if possible. When I received the costume it was horribly creased and mishapen. I laid it out hoping that it would bounce back but it didn’t. A warped M&M doesn’t work, the shape is the whole point. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They got back to me asking what the problem was. I sent photos of the costume and asked how I could return it. I’ll admit I had a really busy month and didn’t get back to them right away. They said it had been too long and I could no longer return it. The item has never been worn and with the way it looks probably never will be. Such a waste. Most stores allow for 30 day returns which is why I didn’t get ahold of them right away. Instead I had to look for another last-minute costume because they don’t care how they package their items. Pretty unimpressed by them and their customer service. My experience has been so negative that I will never shop here again. And that doesn’t seem to bother them one bit.

I ordered a pirate costume

I ordered a pirate costume and got a Batman costume instead. I never received the costume and still haven't received a refund or anything. This is a terrible rip off.
