With the sheer number of reputable online retailers selling identical or comparable products, stay far way from these weasels. My order was evidently already "fulfilled", despite trying to cancel within minutes of placement in the early morning hours. I was then informed I'd be hit with $6. 99 shipping + a 12% "restocking" fee if I wanted a refund. I was going to order something else from them too, but after the manner in which this was handled, I spent more money elsewhere. Thankfully, there are more companies operating with integrity and non-intractable, customer-friendly policies out there.

I had a problem with

I had a problem with the shipping of my order. My order was shipped in two packages, I receive one but not the other, Tracking indicated that the package had been returned to the sender. I notified costumes. com several times and finally got a reply that I would be issued a refund without penalty for the undelivered items. I am still waiting for the refund. My order was placed on 2/2/25 My package was shipped on 2/17/25 I sent several messages indicating I did not receive the package and indicated the package had been returned to sender because of a carrier error, Received acknowledgement of the problem on 2/25/25 On 2/26/26 I was informed that the items could not be resent and that they would process a refund without fees. As of today 4/14/25, I have not received a refund.
