Please improve shipping. Mark express shipping with extreme priority, figure a way to keep 2 day commitment advertised

The product arrived quickly, but the order I received was not the original order I placed. I spoke with a rep immediately but was told that I must've messed it up and that I would get what I got. When I went to return I found that I needed to pay for my own return and was losing 12 percent of the cost to a restock fee. I get it, but it is just frustrating when I've not seen another company in years need a restock fee. I will order again and give them another chance to get the correct sizing.

The lights are perfect for the project I made, 2 scaled down RR crossing gates. I bought ten, 5 for each gate. They all came with dead batteries, so I had to spend over $50 for fresh batteries just to ensure the lights would work. Several had corrosion inside on the contacts once I found after removing the dead batteries.

Received after the promised date.
