I ordered it without know they were going through a system change. It took approximately 4 weeks to receive the costume even though the charge had already been processed on the credit card. However, once it was shipped, it was received in a timely manner and we are pleased with our merchandise.

It's too small and too expensive for the quality of the costume

Right hand (not pictured) looks great, but the left hand (pictured) is a deformed disaster

When I contacted costumes.com for item details/i.e. measurements, although customer service responded right away and tried to be helpful, they were unable to get me the information I needed from the warehouse for 3 weeks! Costumes.com is a good site quality and price-wise, but they need to include measurements in their product descriptions, which I found lacking across the board.

I ordered two items which came in their own oversized boxes instead of together in one box, but at least they shipped quickly.
