The mask just as expected and looked great. The only con was the lack of ventilation near the nose that made it somewhat difficult to breathe.

Overall my experience was positive. I rated you four stars because I wish the return policy was easier to find on your website. I had to email your customer email to find it. This was unnecessary and time-consuming.

Shipping was fine. Got costumes in time. Sticks I couldn’t return them or exchange due to them not fitting correctly even though I ordered way ahead of Halloween.

I didn't receive one of the costumes in my order and am still waiting for it to show up. However the customer service was great, they responded to me very quickly and did send out the missing item. Thank you to your customer service team!
