I purchased my Santa suit 10 years ago, it was time to renew the hair and beard. My only issues were hard to find yinz even with the website tagged in my files and that there was no communication for several months. I placed my order in May but until I contacted them in August I had no idea of the status of my order. Communication is generally what a customer wants to have.
