I would have loved to
I would have loved to review this boot — but unfortunately, I never received it.
After placing my preorder, the original ship date came and went with little communication from support. When I finally received an update, that new date also slipped… and then slipped again. Eventually, the owner personally assured me the boots would go out by the next date — I genuinely believed Rios would come through. But that date passed too.
Each time, I had to reach out to customer support myself and wait for a reply. Then came my moment of hope: I got a message saying my boots had shipped, along with a tracking number. The next day, the shipment was canceled — with no notice from the shipper or Coronado.
After following up yet again, I was told they’d run out of boots to fulfill orders and I’d need to wait several more months.
Shame on Coronado for poor communication and on Rios for failing to fulfill orders in a reasonable timeframe. I truly hope someone else enjoyed the pair that should have been mine. I can’t recommend ordering from Coronado — support is slow, unresponsive, and far from proactive.
