Jacket shipped late based on what was published. Customer service stated they would send me a small gift but the gift never showed up.

Not so happy with the the month it took from the time I ordered my jacket to the time received after I was told it was "in stock now" but it was safely packed and delivered. If I was told upfront that I would have to wait, I would have still bought it.

Dan has been helpful when I've spoken with him, but I never hear anything back...from anyone else. Waiting for a call to see about exchanging my jacket.

I have not received the leather jacket yet!

Feels cheap - The leather is thin and so is the buckle - there’s no weight to the thing and it looks like they skimped on the materials
