My first leather jackets, a black B-15 and a brown A-2, and I'm happy and favorably impressed by each of these jackets.

Great customer service: received timely responses to my questions. However, a minor issue for on-line orders: Since I'm not in the store to try one on, it would be nice to see complete, accurate jacket measurements for jacket sizes on-line.

There was a little X-Mas backlog, but not much. Great shipping presentation! Package arrived according to schedule.
