Our experience with Coastal Reign was excellent from start to finish. We were looking for royal blue polo shirts to have embroidered with our company logo, and the Coastal Reign team helped us find suitable options. We ended up ordering the Under Armour Men's Recycled Polo (Royal) and Under Armour Ladies' Recycled Polo (Royal). The team was responsive, helpful, and quick to accommodate design edits throughout the process. The turnaround time was great as well - just over a week from design approval to pickup. We're also very happy with the quality of the shirts and embroidery. The final product was exactly what we were hoping for. I purchased a large order for Staff uniforms and have received so much positive feedback! The staff say they are comfortable, breathable and they look good! On my end, the customer service has been nothing by fantastic. Very communicative and helpful. The embroidery is excellent. Can't recommend enough. We will be using this company in the future for all our uniform needs.

Only thing id change is that a sweater we ordered was out of stock and I was only notified after putting the request in and I still see it listed. It would have been nice it they offered a date when it will he in stock again. Quality great, final product looks perfect. Shipping fast with additional rush charge.
