Order was easy and it arrived on time. However as put in other review was some issue with the clasp size and it was difficult to open. A screw type clasp or larger size clasp would be a good option.

I ordered some fabric for a gift. The mill was taking a very long time to provide the fabric, which I don't blame Claymore Imports for. Sometimes these things happen especially with custom items, especially ones coming from Scotland.
