Greatest customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a shirt from them which turned out to be the wrong size, which they quickly sent a new one within 2 days. They let me keep the old one as well. The one they sent me had a ripped seam which I told them and they offered me a complete refund and sent me a new one as well. This one came with a hand written note with my name on it exclaiming that this one has been hand checked and an apology. Never ever have to worry about factory mistakes with this company, I will continue to purchase from this company forever.
