I knew that buying from CHNGE was not refundable when ordered / delivered to Canada as it clearly states this on the website; but the customer service I received when I accidentally ordered the wrong size was AMAZING! They helped me re-order at the same reduced price I had seen on the item from before Christmas and assisted with shipping! I was extremely happy with their customer service! I will buy from this company again without reservation!
