Ordering was easy. Delivery information and updates were communicated effectively. Unfortunately, I had higher hopes for these gloves than they proved to provide. I didn't find them to be any warmer than other pairs of gloves I already own.

Oddly shaped, even for my big head.

I wear a size 36 waist in almost every brand of trousers. These, marked 34/36, are at least a 38, if not larger. I like them otherwise and will pay a tailor to make them fit. The XL shirt is best suited for someone shorter & rounder than me.

I've tried to make a return and haven't heard from anyone in 3 days which is quite odd. With a crazy such as Canada Goose I get an almost immediate response
