The whole online experience from purchase to delivery of the coat and gloves was excellent. Used both products at 4 degrees Fahrenheit, subzero with wind chill factor and have never felt warmer! Excellent quality too! Both products are as advertised!

The mega warm coat is what you advertise it to be Warm.. It has great loft, and added features (cuffs elastics, interior skirt, and draft collar to cover neck). The zipper is a little tricky but I love that it is two way. It she'd the rain, and stopped the wind. It is warm, and comes with its own stuff sack. I have only had it out for testing three times but have encountered, rain, cold win, sleet and snow. Coat did a great job, no disappointments. It is the warmest lightest coat I have ever worm. The frosting is how it is made. All this while doing out part to save the planet. Great job LifeLab

Though the WarmLife gloves I ordered didn't work out for me (I need a women's XS, so the unisex sizing didn't fit), I can state that the quality and workmanship of the gloves were top-notch. I reached out to their Customer Service team about a return, and I received a quick response and they made the return process super-easy. Though this purchase didn't work out, I will be back to try other products after my good first impression of what LifeLabs has to offer and how they treat their customers.
