Yuck!!

You're asking for a review but I've never teceived my merchandise.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Captain's Landing. I requested to return a shirt but never received a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item for a refund. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I expect better service.

Will never do business with this company again. Tried to return raincoat due to I’ll fit. I was asked to take a photo of item, use iriginal packaging, send information re purchase so they could approve my return within slotted time. I did all of this and never received approval. Proceeded to send item back and shipping charges were exhirbitant. Kept item. Now I’m out all that money. Don’t ever deal with this company.

My husband has worn the Kahala shorts for years, same size 34. The pair sent were “huge” . I guess he’ll have to look elsewhere!
