Shirts are made for heavy set people. . . I am a large (5'8" 180lbs athletic build), all my life, sized all the way down to a SMALL and still could fit 2 of me in the shirt. . . shirts are decent quality but fit like a tent. They need to tell you this before they make you go thru what was a horrible exchange /refund ordeal. . . . still waiting of a refund for the last and final return. . . time invested = one month. Ridiculous. One star is bc of the ridiculous return / exchange time. . the literally wait until they receive the return, and then take their time shipping the exchange, Rather than most who see the tracking and deploy the next delivery. . . .

I'm not happy with the change. Vaquero does not smell like Ultimo at all. I will be looking for a new colonge.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Captain's Landing. I requested to return a shirt but never received a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item for a refund. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I expect better service.
