After finally finding the very same belt that my husband had been wearing for years (and had worn out, see photo) I was totally amazed and overjoyed! Believing I had ordered the right size, realized upon its prompt arrival I had made a mistake. Thanks to HEIDI, the fabulous customer service representative that helped me over the phone, Heidi figured out the proper size belt needed and had it delivered just in time for my husbands's BIRTHDAY!!!! celebration.
