I just purchased 8 pairs of the Kahala Kimo II shorts which I have been doing for years. They are great. I had an issue early on with a pair of shorts that were way too big and I think were just not cut right. However in dealing with Heidi (and Trent), Heidi made it right. Their response to the problem was polite and quick. No run around just outstanding service. I have dealt with the company before and will continue to do so. Thanks.
