I purchased a Brighton belt over the Christmas holidays and ordered a size too small. Spoke with Heidi in Customer Service. Probably the Best CS person that I’ve ever dealt with. Sent the belt back to Captains Landing and another was sent to me! Will most Definitely.. use this company again. So Great when you find a business that functions the way it Should!!
