Product never arrived

Not impressed with customer service. Ordered a Buff on December 14 and have not received it yet. I would like to have appreciated being advised that your merch is shipped from Barcelona. I would have skipped the online shop and bought it locally. The Buff is a a Christmas gift for a family member who is visiting from New Brunswick and she is going home without her gift. Two thumbs down on customer service.

Still in transit after several weeks.
