You’re great, but still only in English…

Your products are great, but the customers service should be much better! You do business in Canada where there is people who also speak French. Legally, to make business in Quebec, you are supposed to offer a French version of your website as well as a French sale device, but you don’t and it’s a shame… It makes years since I told you that, but nothing is moving in that direction. Also, your website frequently have problems when there is price reductions and the reductions don’t apply when comes the time to pay. Last thing : when using Apple Pay, the 10% reduction you offer for making a review doesn’t apply.
