The employees in the store in Bath were beyond helpful and so so nice, I truly felt welcome, and they helped me fix my old satchel and gave me good tips on how to take care of it.

Such lovely customer experience at the Bath outlet - the team was so friendly and helpful and even more so after knowing how much I love Wicked - brought down the Wicked collection for me to see ! Will definitely revisit the store whenever we're in Bath!
