Lovely staff and excellent staff!

Product excellent very fast delivery. DPD used for delivery had email to say what day and time it was being delivered. Stayed in all day for delivery then got a notification that the driver had tried to delivery the parcel but no one was home. I had not left the house all day and no one had rang the door bell to even try and deliver the parcel. Very disappointed with the delivery driver/company especially to say they had tried to delivery the item when clearly they had not.

The store people were great!

I absolutely love it. Purchased as a treat from the lovely staff in the Bath store when I submitted my doctoral thesis. The perfect work bag.
