C-IN2 is a seriously customer focused company. I had an issue with a pair of long underwear where the seems popped in several places the very first time I tried them on. I think it was an anomaly, but I was miffed in the moment and left a less than favorable review. The very next day someone from C-IN2 emailed me to gather some information and offer to make it right. I wasn’t expecting anything from my review, so I promptly ignored the email. I thought that would be the end of it, but they politely followed up again the following week and then again the one after that. I finally gave in and replied with the information they requested. I immediately got a genuine apology for the issue and a choice between a refund or a gift certificate. I have to tell you I was impressed as hell. I’ve loved every other item I’ve ever worn from C-IN2, and now I’m loyal for life.
