I will never write a review unless something stands out above and beyond. I am a first time buyer and purchased a cell phone leather case. After only having the case for a week, my granddaughter accidentally dropped my phone on the concrete causing a tear to the leather case. When a company says it stands by its product with an amazing warranty, I was looking for the fine print and had doubts. I went through a very easy process submitting my request.
