I will never write a review unless something stands out above and beyond. I am a first time buyer and purchased a cell phone leather case. After only having the case for a week, my granddaughter accidentally dropped my phone on the concrete causing a tear to the leather case. When a company says it stands by its product with an amazing warranty, I was looking for the fine print and had doubts. I went through a very easy process submitting my request. A week later, I received my brand new phone case. They now have a lifelong customer. Thanks

Great customer service. I reached out for a replacement under warranty after dropping my phone a few times. Submitted some pictures (the leather was peeling off the hard case where I had dropped it) and got a response within a few hours. Paid for shipping and got the replacement case less than a week later.
