The long back isn’t adjustable so not suppottive

I was excited to snag these final sale boots, because I’ve come to love the quality of Bueno. My last pair of boots from them are still going strong and fantastic. These boots however are cheap, thin leather cut so awkwardly on the leg that it makes no sense. If I could, I would return them in a heartbeat. The foot and fit is fine, but the leg shaft is terrible. Was planning on buying a few cute shoes for spring from them but not anymore. These poor quality boots have turned me off.

Only the upper material is leather. The li ning is not. The shoe does not adjust to your feet as 100% leather shoe would. Misleading advertisement. I am disappointed.

Very poor. Am extremely disappointed with the fact that I cannot exchange the shoe. Be kind to your customers. Put up bigger and clear sighs on your website to say you do not do exchanges and that your sales are final.

Zéro this time, that was for sure my last order ever.
