I wanted to love these beautiful shoes. The leather is buttery soft and doesn’t rub at all, and the sole is decently comfortable. I was please with the sale price, too. However, the straps are far too loose so the sole of the shoe sits diagonally across my foot rather than aligning with it… meaning I cannot wear them.

Far too big and can’t adjust the strap and the back. As a result I need to get them altered

good service but again I was looking for my money back not a credit note.
