Your customer service is excellent. These sandals are my first pair of buenos that will sit in my closet unworn as the back strap does not stay up when walking.

Inner leather is peeling off shoe the first wear. It hurts my heel to wear it so I guess I need to take the shoe to be fixed.

Since I know your sizing, I thought it was safe to order a final sale item but the ballet flats are way too small and final sale means I’m stuck with shoes I cannot wear.
