I purchased shoes that were way too narrow. Customer service recommended that I return them for a longer shoe even though I advised them several times that the shoe was too narrow. They stated the longer shoes are also wider. Well, as I suspected, the longer shoe didn't fit (too narrow again). They said that they would apply what I paid towards a new pair of shoes, which I promptly found some that are wide and purchased them. Joke is on me as they put the money on a gift card, but never told me they were doing that -- so I paid full price for the shoes and they would not apply the gift card. The other thing that I learned the hard way was that their 'medium' width shoes are the same as their 'regular' width shoes. In other words, shoes marked with 11M are the same with as their shoes marked 11 (regular). If the two pair of shoes that I purchased weren't decent quality, I'd think this experience was a total scam to unload a bunch of 'medium' and 'regular' shoes on unsuspecting customers -- child sizes it seems. Maybe Italian people have really narrow feet compared to Americans?? I won't be purchasing from Bruno again.
