On 4/21/2024, I placed an order for two pairs of shoes from your online store. One pair was size 11 1/2 for a gift and the other was size 11 for myself. Unfortunately, upon receiving the shoes, I discovered that the size 11 did not fit me properly. Consequently, I contacted your customer service team to initiate a return process for the size 11 shoes.
To my surprise, I was informed over the phone that only an exchange would be permitted for the size 11 shoes. Despite my preference for a refund, I reluctantly agreed to proceed with the exchange, opting for a size 10 1/2 instead. However, I was shocked to discover that I was charged an additional $48.15 for this exchange upon completing the transaction online.
