Quality product but I was very disappointed with how I was treated over the phone by the rep. I had bought around $700 worth of items. First, 1 item (xander light blue) that I ordered was a navy blue instead of light blue and 2nd, the size that I ordered originally was sold out. He told me that I would just have to keep the shoes and there was no way of getting a refund or a store credit regardless of the fact the shoe I ordered was sold out. That is embarrassing to be such an esteemed company and be so petty about giving refunds or credits for sold out exchanges. I'll purchase from a 3rd party seller if I ever support this company again. But they probably don’t care about 1 unsatisfied customer. Bad experience. 2 star service.
