I never got any email saying the order had shipped or what the tracking number was. When I wrote to customer support, I got the wrong tracking number at first. When I finally got the right one, the package had been at a UPS store for 12 days and it cost me $22USD to pick it up. I cannot imagine ever purchasing anything from Bread&Boxers again
