I know some of the customer service is automated - I get a text commenting that I looked at an item and asking if they can assist with anything. When I replied with a question, I got a helpful response - no way an automated response but a real human who actually reached out to me with a precise response to my rather odd question. (I was asking about a scent used in their shop, and they helped me identify the exact one and sent me a link.) In another instance, they notified me when the size of an item I wanted popped back in stock. I am so delighted. They are so helpful. I’ll be back for sure!
