Body Glove

I have written and sent pictures of the defect and have not heard back.

No response from customer service regarding receiving broken valve. Can't use item at all.

I ordered a replacement paddle for my Body Glove Stand up paddle board. They ziptied the three pieces together and threw it in a box with zero packing material. It arrived terribly scratched up looking worse than my old one. The worst part? I emailed them at customer service with no response. Maybe someone will see my review and reach out? Not holding my breath.

Waiting on a response to my email nearly a week later.
