Shipping was a little slow. It took about a week to get both pairs of water shoes we ordered. We're happy with the water shoes though.

Online ordering was a breeze. Since my last purchase my rewards points have not gone up any though and I'm confused about that. Exchange was super easy and they sent the item right out without waiting for the return first, but one of the items on my original order took so long to come that my exchange got here the same day. I was not given any type of notice that it would take so long. After the first original item arrived tracking said delivered so that was a bit nerve-wracking for someone that likes to track my packages.. The overall experience was quite good.
