Shipping was fast

The Alfresco - Lunch Satchel is very very pretty for sure, but it's not totally sealed on both sides. may not be able to keep cool for longer period, only 3-4 hours. I guess it'll be better if it is zipped and sealed on the sides as well.

I have not received my cooler bag.

I've been waiting almost a month for this order. The tracking initially showed it was in Brisbane, but the expected delivery date keeps getting pushed back every week. It then went to Perth, then NSW, and now back to Brisbane. What's happening with my order? This delay is very disappointing.
