1/2 the sole of one of my boots came completely loose and was dangling which shocked me as I hadn't really worn them that much through the six winters I had them. My husband discovered that there is a really good warranty at Blundstone so I submitted pictures of the boots and in a very shirt time I was told I qualified for new boots. Within a week I received them and was thrilled! Now that's a fabulous company, to stand behind their product like that!
