I had been struggling to find a comfortable pair of black dress shoes/boots for work. The dress shoes I had been using would hurt my feet mere minutes after I put them on, which was not ideal when I still had a 10 or 12 hour work shift ahead of me. My work colleagues recommended I purchase a pair of Blundstone boots, and while I was hesitant about the high cost of the boots, I can now confirm they are worth every penny. The fit is loose upon first putting them on, but you do not even recognise it after a while. Awesome boots. Comfortable boots. Best of all, no pain, even after a full work day. Highly recommend.
