After submitted order I couldnt find it to check on it

Saw the shoes on Spectrum News and bought them for myself and my husband. Website to order is a little clunky / remedial but I figured it out. Emails/ shipping notices were a little confusing as the name didn’t match the product.

Understand this is the beta, but bringing the price down to < $100 seems like it's doable.

Customer service was a bit difficult when trying to get a return label. They did come thru but after I had sent multiple emails and even searched their phone w and wasn’t able to reach anyone.

Love the idea but they are too wide and no way to tighten them
