Processing and shipping were pretty quick. No problems.

Had my first order go astray (thanks, FedEx) but you guys were amazing at handling that frustrating situation. You sent out a replacement pair right away (and they arrived!) and were so nice about it. Plus I love my shoes and will definitely be getting a second pair pretty soon.
