Purchased these as a friend recommended them to me. I used them ONE time and the strap broke the first time using it. Poor quality for the price. Wish they would replace it, after one use.

Order was supposed to arrive on 3/4/24. It’s 13 days later and I still don’t have them.

I wasted a lot of money and still did not get a shoe that fits my daughter.

No response to eta on my shoes and no refund for the first pair

Very inefficient return policy. No communication from customer service. Disappointing experience.
