I always purchase my daughters dance tights and shoes from Blendz. I've never had an issue with any order. However, my last order was delivered with the incorrect items. I reached out to reconcile and was quickly sent a replacement item. However, it was still incorrect from what was ordered. I did not have time to reconcile it again because we were right on the heels of a competition. I worked with what I had. I will plan to order with more lead time to avoid time constraints with order reconciliation.
