Blank Shirts

Shirts were as expected & delivery was quick.

Excellent product AND great service! I ordered two 100% cotton sweatshirts. When they came, one was 100% cotton, the other was 80%/20%. I contacted BlankShirts, and it took no time to get someone on chat. He reviewed the order and promptly recognized that the wrong shirt was sent when he looked at the photos of the tags from the sweatshirts. He offered me the choice of a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement, and he promised to send me a postage-paid return label. Within 24 hours I was notified that they had reviewed things and determined that I did not need to return the mistaken sweatshirt. I received the correct replacement, and the 80%/20% sweatshirt makes a very nice sweatshirt for outside work. Great service, BlankShirts! The 100% cotton sweatshirts are very soft following their first washing as well.
