Return process

The ordering & receiving process was good . The return process was clumsy and required way to much involvement from the consumer . I was told that I would get a return authorization # in 24/48 hours after my request. It took a week to receive this #. After finally receiving this # , the product was shipped back at my expense . Even though the verbiage in the directions stated that return shipping was free , your rep. advised me this wasn't true . After UPS tracking indicated that my return was received , it was almost a month before the money was refunded to our account. The rep. continued to tell me that their were actually 2 different companies and this was the issue when I would call to follow-up. Hope this gives you some valuable input with solving this clumsy process.

There was no return paperwork

There was no return paperwork included in the package. Now I have to search on line to find a way to return the merchandise. That alone will keep me fro buying here again.

Customer service is horrible ..

Customer service is horrible .. I did not get my items on time EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! They did not care about me not getting my items on time.. their only excuse was they haven’t heard from the warehouse and they can’t contacts them. On top of that the jerseys were more like youth sizes NOBODY could fit them. You have to use the chat and you can’t speak to anyone over the phone. The agent was rude and no help.. Even after chatting with the supervisor there was no resolve I just had to wait until I got a shipping notification. I got the notification a day after they werew supposed to arrive.. which took 2 more days to come! DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️ Only gave 1 star to write this review.
