Missing Pieces - received 11/12 Had to get a refund for 1

I was happy to discover Blankathletics offered V-neck Tee-shirts. Ordering is efficient and delivery too. Just wish there were more choices for V-neck T's; the Badger shirts were a total bust for performance and comfort.

I'm curious why I had to pay more buying direct than the price on Amazon.
