Very easy and convenient shopping experience

I love the selection online. So many beautiful options from which to choose! I selected my top 2 choices, then returned the one that I liked the least - which was very tough to do! But I only needed one dress for an upcoming event. The only disappoint is the “$10 restocking fee”, which I was aware of in advance, but I still think it’s “inappropriate”. With such an elegant line like Black Halo, I would expect quick, no-hassle, free returns to just be part of their excellent customer service.
