Eh. cool product, I realize these things happen but it was backordered, which wasn't apparent when I ordered. And then the delivery date came and went and when I checked on it I was told it was backordered. I never did get an update until yesterday when it was finally moving again and I got an alert it would ship. It's all good, I wouldn't have complained if you hadn't asked! When I checked in first, I was offered a refund or a coupon for the future, that was a good move. All good, y'all!
