Was told it was a pre-order and that I won’t be receiving it til next year????!

This is my first time buying from bikini.com I have purchased from other companies and have never experienced a lengthy process to return a piece and a narrow window for the return and a forever process to get my money back. It is not a 20, 30, or 50 dollar piece for what it cost the return (not the voucher) process should be faster. Will not buy again.

Doesn’t fit bottom back correctly. Absolutely no lift in front whatsoever. Picture is deceiving.

I recieved bottoms that had black plastic clips like a fanny pack... .and of course u can see right through them..I also thought I both both top and bottom .still havnt recieved full refund

This is my first review of anything ever and first purchase at bikini.com. I was disappointed when my order was incorrect. I was sent the wrong sandals. When I called to return the agent (who was very nice) told me I could have a web credit. I said no way was I taking a credit, especially since the sandals I wanted were now sold out! After contacting multiple times, I finally received a return voucher and label and the situation was corrected but it was a hassle and in the end I have no sandals!
